Exec. Vanderhoef approves Rockland's 2012 budget

County Executive Scott Vanderhoef (R-Rockland) signed off on Rockland's revised 2012 spending plan late this afternoon.Under the budget, more than 500 layoffs originally proposed by the county executive were averted.
