Mom accused in child's death pins blame on dad

The mother accused along with her boyfriend in the death of their 5-month-old daughter argued he was responsible in a videotaped interrogation played for jurors today.
Lisette Cappellan, 22, blames her boyfriend, Michael Aviles, for brutally beating their 5-month-old daughter to death in January during the emotionally charged, two-hour interrogation video that was played in a New City court.
In the video, the Haverstraw mom stopped short of saying how Aviles allegedly killed their daughter, Michelle, insisting that she was asleep while the baby's dad stayed up drinking.
