The Pace University community is grieving tonight after a student from Orange County died in his dorm room of an apparent seizure.
A Pace University spokesperson says friends of Luke Arneson, 25, found him seizing in his room at around 5 p.m. yesterday and that Arneson was pronounced dead a short time later.
Arneson, of Walden, was a former Marine and students say he was well liked by everybody.
The medical examiner says, the cause of Arneson's death is "inconclusive" at this time.
