Sentencing has been delayed for the man who admitted to killing a woman in her Newburgh apartment last year.
It was delayed after Peter Dunne, who admitted in court to killing Lu Mae Stewart, requested a new lawyer.
According to Dunne's new lawyer, his client isn't happy with the plea deal, which would send him to prison for 18 years for the murder.
Stewart was strangled and stabbed in her apartment last November.
The judge set a new sentencing date of Dec. 13.
