Mother: Driver who left daughter in coma should turn himself in

Ten days after a tragic accident left 26-year-old Jessica Dally in a coma, her mother is reaching out in an effort to have the driver turn himself in.
Police say that Jessica Dally and three others were in a car heading down Route 6 in Slate Hill when the car crashed into a wall, ejecting her and a friend from the car.
The driver, who police believe to be 22-year-old Enes Nikaj, of Middletown, fled the scene of the accident.
Susan Anderson says she believes that Nikaj was either drunk or high at the time of the accident.
