Family of slain student wants security camera footage released

The attorney for the family of the slain Pace University student is seeking the release of security camera footage, claiming it might play a key role in finding out what happened.
Police officers involved in the shooting say that Danroy Henry sped off, aiming his car toward a number of officers. They say he hit one, forcing them to shoot him to stop him from hitting them.
Michael Sussman, the attorney for Henry's family, say he wants the courts to force surrounding businesses to turn over their security camera footage so that it might be used to better understand what happened.
Investigators with the state liquor authority are looking into if the bar that the shooting took place outside of, Finnegan' Grill, was allowing underage patrons inside and if Henry, who was 20 at the time of the shooting, was drinking inside.
