Minority groups call for reform after Pace student's death

Some minority law enforcement groups are demanding reform after the fatal police-involved shooting of 20-year-old Danroy Henry.
According to Anthony Mitchell, head of the National Black Police Association's Westchester chapter, the Pace University athlete was the third African-American to be shot and killed by a Westchester police officer in the last two years.
In Jan. 2008, off-duty Mount Vernon Police Officer Christopher Ridley tried to break up a street fight in White Plains, but was mistaken for a suspect and shot to death by county police.
After Ridley's death, a commission was formed to train local officers on the use of force, but Mitchell says the training is only a recommendation and the county can't force other municipalities to participate.
