No decision yet on fate of 'Newburgh Four'

Jurors have yet to deliver a verdict in the terror plot trial of four Newburgh men.
Jurors have been deliberating for a week, trying to decide if the Muslim men from Orange County plotted on their own to blow up synagogues in the Bronx and shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Base, or if they were entrapped.
On Tuesday, a federal judge formally discharged a juror who had seen a transcript of a wiretapped conversation that was not intended as evidence, but somehow ended up in her binder.
The men, known as the "Newburgh Four," are charged with eight counts, ranging from attempt to use weapons of mass destruction to attempt to kill officers and employees of the United States.
