A Fox 5 investigative reporter is being held at the Bergen County Jail in New Jersey on charges that he sexually abused a 4-year-old girl in his New Jersey home.
Charles Leaf is being charged with aggravated sexual assault on a minor and endangering the welfare of children.
Leaf, a married father of two and former Marine, was arrested on Tuesday and is currently being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.
Leaf most recently gained notoriety for his highly critical reports on the proposed mosque near Ground Zero.
