Jury begins deliberations in 'Newburgh Four' trial
The jury has begun deliberations in the trial of the four men accused of plotting to blow up two Bronx synagogues and shoot down military aircraft at Stewart Air Base.
The jury must decide if the four men acted knowingly and willfully in developing the alleged plot or if they were entrapped by the confidential informant who was reporting to the FBI.
Officials say the entire plot was watched by the FBI, who provided fake missiles and bombs to the men through the confidential informant.
The judge explained the eight counts that the men are facing to the 12 jurors. Deliberations are expected to last for days.
