State police were called today to investigate a suspicious powder found at a home on Logtown Road in Port Jervis.
Police say it is the second package sent to the home within weeks.
Hazmat crews removed the second package and investigators said the first package turned out to be non-toxic.
Police say that they believe the sender is disgruntled and he or she could face harassment charges.
