The public can voice its concerns over the proposed MTA fare hikes tonight in White Plains.

The MTA has proposed fare increases of 8 to 10 percent for 2011. Changes would also include a $1 fee on new MetroCards on top of fares.

The hearing will begin at 6 p.m. at the White Plains Performing Arts Center on the third floor at Mamaroneck Avenue and Main Street.
