Two Rockland County girls have been given the opportunity to sing at the U.S. Open in Queens.

Tatiana Cruez, 10, and Samantha Quinn, 12, have both been chosen out of more than 250 singers who tried out for a chance to sing patriotic songs at this year's U.S. Open.

Cruez says she has been practicing every day since she found out she had been chosen.

The Quinn family says they are especially honored Samantha, who was also chosen to sing last year, will be singing the national anthem on the anniversary of the Sept. 11th attacks.
