Rocket says he won't go down without a fight

The sports world is still abuzz over RogerClemens' latest legal issue.

The seven-time Cy Young Award winner is vowing to fight chargeshe knowingly lied to Congress in February 2008, when he told aHouse committee that he never took steroids or human growthhormone.

In a statement on his Twitter page, Clemens once again denies heever took human growth hormone or steroids and says he's lookingforward to defending himself in court.

The 11-time All-Star pitcher was indicted by a federal grandjury yesterday, and is facing six charges of obstruction ofCongress, making false statements and perjury.
