A Rockland County mom is on a mission to keep speeding drivers off her dead-end street after her son was thrown from his bike avoiding a car she says was going too fast.
Jennifer Barbato says her son, 6-year-old Kevin Ahearn, ended up in the emergency room after he was thrown from his bike last Thursday trying to avoid the car on Glenmere Court in Airmont.
Ramapo police say the family has filed a report and cops now plan to monitor the street to see if speeding is an issue.
