Two people remain behind bars following the motorcycle crash that killed their friend Richard Serpico last Friday.

Authorities say, Paul Izurieta and her boyfriend Ivan Murat broke into home of Serpico and stole nearly all his belongings following his death.

On Friday, the Rockland grand jury indicted the duo on two counts of burglary.

Izurieta was on a boat with the Mount Vernon firefighter James Drago when he died in the Long Island sound last month. Izurieta was also at the wheel of a car crash in which a Yonkers firefighter was seriously injured in 2008.
