Riverdale residents split on 'Newburgh Four'

The trial of the 'Newburgh Four' has caused quite a debate in Riverdale.
The suspects allegedly plotted to bomb synagogues in the Bronx and shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Base in Orange County last year.
However, the suspects' families are insisting the government is using the men to show that they're actively protecting our nation against terrorism. Suspect David McWilliams' aunt says the whole situation is an obvious case of entrapment.
Despite the fact that some residents say they believe this is a case of entrapment, many neighbors in Riverdale say actually seeing everything unfold gives them a realization as to what could have happened. They say because of that, they believe the four should be in jail regardless.
The men are expected back in court Aug. 23.
