Cops search for murder weapon in Tuxedo Park killing

(07/10/10) TUXEDO PARK - Investigators are looking for the murder weapon that they say 30-year-old Jesse Green used to kill his father in Tuxedo Park.
Jacqueline Green said she heard a commotion Tuesday night and when she went to check it out she found her husband, Daniel, 66, and her son in an altercation. She said she tried to break the fight up, but her son struck her with a frying pan and then killed his father. He then allegedly tied her up and after 12 hours, left the house, taking his parents' Mercedes with him.
Green said after her son left she was able to call 911. Cops caught up with him shortly after in Ramapo and charged him with second-degree murder.
Law enforcement officials say it is still unclear what Green used to kill his father, but they have ruled out a firearm.
Green was arraigned yesterday morning and is being held without bail. Police say they are still investigating what might have prompted the attack.
