Rockland Community College set for tuition hike

Rockland County Executive Scott Vanderhoef has approved a tuition hike for Rockland Community College students.
Under the school's proposed budget, students will have to shell out an additional $90 per year.
RCC?s president says the increase reflects the sagging economy.
Students say even though the increase only amounts to $45 more each semester, it can add up over time.
