Landlord recovering after attack in Yonkers

Posted: Updated:

One man was arrested following a two-hour manhunt in Yonkers yesterday after he allegedly struck his landlord in the head with some type of blunt object.

Cops initially thought they were responding to a shooting at an apartment building at 4 Orchard Place just before 10 a.m. They arrived to find the building's landlord bleeding from the head in a hallway in the building.

A man who lives in the building was arrested for the attack. Police have not released the names of either the victim or the suspect.
