Posted: Updated:

A 31-year-old Wesley Hills man was arrested this week and charged with exposing himself to two 9-year-old girls.

John Delbiondo is accused of exposing himself to the girls this past Saturday as they walked along Plank Road in Wesley Hills.

The victims say Delbiondo jumped from his car with his pants around his ankles just before 11 a.m.

Lt. Brad Weidel, of the Ramapo Police Department, says an arrest was made based on the girls' description of the suspect and his car.

Delbiondo was arraigned on public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child charges and released. He is due back in court next month.
