Minisink Valley H.S. teen arrested for 'sexting'

A student at Minisink Valley High School was arrested Wednesday for 'sexting,' police say.
Josh Poveda, 17, is now facing adult charges for allegedly sending out semi-nude photos of his underage girlfriend without her consent.
Many students at Minisink Valley High School say although 'sexting' is illegal in New York, it's very popular among teenagers.
"Sexting has been going on at high school as long as I've been here," says senior Nina Borras.
New York lawmakers are considering a bill that would provide a defense for 'sexting' if it's consensual and if the parties are less than four years apart in age.
