Grief counselors were at Suffern High School Wednesday after two seniors were killed on their way to baseball practice Tuesday.
Christopher Konkowski, 17, and Vincent Crotty, 18, were in Crotty's Ford Focus on Route 202 near Lake Road in Montebello when their vehicle collided with a dump truck.
"They were like role models to all the kids who came into high school," says classmate Emily Schnittker. "Everybody's gonna miss them so much."
All sports practices and activities have been canceled through Friday as police continue investigating the cause of the crash.
