The family of a missing Greenwood Lake boater who's been missing for more than three days thinks he's dead.
"My brother tragically died in an accidental boating incident," says Mike Zaicek, about his 39-year-old brother Steve.
Mike Zaicek also lashed out at media reports questioning whether his brother's disappearance could be tied to the recent bankruptcy filing of his currency trading business.
Police say they have not ruled out any possibilities in their investigation.
