Police: 3 drug dealers busted in Haverstraw

Police arrested a mother, her son and his girlfriend during a drug raid in Haverstraw Friday.
Investigators say 40-year-old Phyllis Harris, her 24-year-old son Tory Means, and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Heather Burch, were taken into custody for dealing drugs out of a federally funded Section 8 apartment at 5 Broadway.
Rockland County District Attorney Tom Zugibe says authorities were tipped off by the trio's neighbors about their alleged drug activity in July.
Harris, Means and Burch were all charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. If convicted, they could face up to nine years in prison.
