An Orange County husband and wife were found shot to death in their home early Sunday morning, police say.
According to authorities, the man and woman, who were both in the 70s and appear to be victims of a murder-suicide, were found in their upscale Newburgh condo complex by their son at about 8:20 a.m.
Police say they recovered a receipt showing the husband purchased a gun Saturday at a sporting goods shop in Walden.
A probe into the possible murder-suicide is ongoing.
