Lone pilot survives plane crash

It was a close call for a lone pilot after she crashed a small plane on the border of Suffern and New Jersey Sunday.
Rose Gamin, 42, of Massachusetts, was piloting the plane when she had technical problems and attempted to make an emergency landing in an empty field before crashing near Interstate 287.
According to emergency crews on the scene, Gamin, who was traveling from Massachusetts to New Jersey, had facial injuries along with severe cuts and bruises.
