Effort launched to help quake victims

With the death toll in Monday's devastating earthquake in Italy rising to more than 270, local residents have launched an effort to help in anyway possible.

Organizers of the relief effort say they'll be running fundraisers at a few different restaurants for people to donate.

"We realize the devastation that occurred ? and we want to send funds to the people who need it," says Kenneth Lee, of Blauvelt.
