Westchester and the Hudson Valley couldn't make it into the new year without one final dose of bad weather for 2008.
The region was hit by snow and roads became slick. The cold temps, coupled with precipitation, wreaked havoc on the roads.
Motorists had to handle rapidly changing conditions and were advised to use caution on the roads.
