Deliberations begin in Brancato trial

The jury in the murder trial of former actor Lillo Brancato Jr. began deliberating Wednesday.
Jurors are going over testimony to try and decide if the drug-addicted Yonkers actor should be held accountable in the shooting death of New York City police Officer Daniel Enchautegui.
A sea of blue showed up at the Bronx County Hall of Justice as six men and six women decide the fate of the former "Sopranos" actor, who is charged with second-degree murder.
Prosecutors have argued that Brancato was complicit in the murder of Enchautegui. Brancato's co-defendant, Steven Armento, was convicted of first-degree murder on Oct. 30 and later sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Brancato's defense team argued during the trial that their client was not armed during a botched burglary and was unaware Armento, who shot and killed Enchautegui, was carrying a weapon.
