Nanuet's Church of St. Anthony overflowed with mourners Wednesday during the funeral of a boy who was killed by a train.

"When I first found out, I really didn't believe it," said Connor Corish's friend Jose Oliveros. "I thought somebody was trying to play a trick on me and then the next day when my cousin told me is when I started believing it because I knew my cousin wouldn't lie to me and I cried a lot."Corish was a freshman at Don Bosco Preparatory High School in New Jersey. He was on the lacrosse, wrestling and football teams.

An NJ Transit train hit Corish and his friend, Christopher Cipolli, last Friday as they walked along the tracks near the New York State Thruway. Both boys are 15 and from Nanuet. Cipolli is slowly recovering.
