Police say a man crashed his SUV into a New Windsor convenience store to steal the ATM inside.

The incident happened Wednesday morning at the Vails Gate Food Mart. Police used video surveillance to track down Eric Figueroa, 39. According to investigators, video shows Figueroa putting his SUV into reverse, crashing into the front doors, knocking down the machine and then sliding the ATM into his vehicle.

Figueroa was later tracked down and charged with burglary and criminal mischief. Police say Figueroa, who lives in Florida, New York, could face additional charges.
