Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) met in California Thursday night for their final debate before voters in 22 states head to the polls for the Feb. 5 primary.

The debate, held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles and attended by many Hollywood celebrities, was by most measures tame compared to recent debates. It was the first time the two senators debated one on one.

Obama and Clinton pointed out their differences on key issues like health care, Iraq and the economy, but agreed with each other on several points. They did not completely rule out the possibility of a joint Democratic ticket either.

Democratic political analyst Lawrence Otis Graham says there was no clear winner. ?Last night's debate or conversation I think you'd really want to call it,? he says. ?[It] would not have helped anyone decide. It just kept their negatives down and their positives up.?

However, Republican political analyst Mike Edelman says Democrats do have a clear choice to make. He says it?s a choice between turning the page on the 1990s or going back to a Clinton White House.
