Teen pleads not guilty in attempted murder of parents

A teen pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Newburgh to charges that he set a fire to kill his parents over his video game obsession.
David Lee II, 18, is charged with attempted murder, arson and reckless endangerment. Authorities claim Lee set fire to his parents? kitchen overnight because they tried to stop him from playing Internet games.
According to officials, Lee then went to sleep. A neighbor who saw the smoke around 1 a.m. called 911.
Authorities say Lee's parents, David Lee I and Mary Lou Petrillo, had been trying to put an end to their son's gaming obsession.
Lee is in jail on $100,000 bail.
