Another arrest made in Newburgh massage parlor sting
Another employee at Tokyo Spa was led away in handcuffs Monday as part of an undercover sting.
Kim Hua Muyng, 44, is the second worker at Tokyo Spa to be arrested and charged with practicing without a license. The undercover sting also landed a handful of other workers in the Newburgh area behind bars for operating without a required New York state license.
The sting was part of the town's crackdown on prostitution. Police say they have received a number of complaints about massage parlors also offering sexual favors. Unfortunately, they say it's tough to catch suspects and prosecute the crime. They hope the recent arrests send a message.
