A couple having difficulty selling their house has been charged with using it as a brothel.
Robert Werner and Heather Mazzenga, have been arraigned on charges of promoting prostitution. Police say they rented their house to four prostitutes after failing to sell it on the open market.
Neighbors say they are stunned by the bust. They recall Werner as a family man who recently had a baby before moving from the neighborhood.
The couple is currently out on bail.
