Police looking for flasher who struck near NY-NJ border
Police in Rockland County and New Jersey are looking for a man who approached a 26-year-old woman and sexually harassed her on a road Friday.
Police said a man who was not wearing any clothing jumped out of a car, accosted the woman and then grabbed and fondled her. It happened on a road in Montvale, New Jersey just over the state border in the middle of the afternoon.
A man in the area found her shaking and crying on the ground. She was not injured in the attack.
Neighbors said they found the incident unsettling. Police in Montvale and nearby Pearl River are taking steps to warn women to be extra careful.
