A family is being evicted from their Warwick home after officials said their sons threw an underage drinking party. Police said they were following up on a missing persons lead when they arrived at 145 County Route 1 early Sunday morning. When they went inside, police said they found nearly a dozen teens at the home, ranging in age from 15 to 18. Police said they seized a pound of marijuana, a scale and $6,900 in cash. According to police, the money was found on 21-year-old Michael Knight, who lives at the home with his parents. His parents were not home at the time. The landlord told News 12 Westchester that because of the party, he is evicting the family. Knight is facing several drug charges and police say some of the teens who attended the party will also be charged.
