Ramapo cops claim graffiti vandals caught red-handed

Two teenage boys are responsible for a rash of graffiti in the Hillcrest area, according to police. Graffiti with the taglines ?Mister? and ?Crow? has been spray painted on buildings and cars throughout the area. Early Thursday, a Ramapo police officer says he caught the two teens after they finished spray painting a car. The suspects, a 14-year-old from New City and a 15-year-old from Hillcrest, were both arrested. Cops continue to investigate and hope to provide restitution to the victims. Both teens are facing criminal mischief charges.
