Police nab suspected graffiti trio who left mark in Rockland and NJ
Police say a trio of graffiti artists was caught red-handed spray painting the Suffern train station. According to police, the teens are also behind a rash of recent vandalism incidents in Rockland and New Jersey. The three teens, from Mahwah, New Jersey, were arrested Thursday night. The suspects told police they are not part of a gang and police say they consider the graffiti a prank. Still, all four suspects have been charged with four counts of criminal mischief. Meanwhile, police in Mahwah say the same type of graffiti has appeared in their town and they may also file charges against the teens.
