Greenburgh police officer not guilty of misconduct in dominatrix case
A decorated Greenburgh police officer has been acquitted of misconduct charges stemming from claims made by a professional dominatrix.Officer Erik Ward adamantly denied the claims of dominatrix Gina Anna Noel Pane, who says she agreed to swap a kinky sex act for dropping a drug charge dismissal. On January 21, 2006, Pane was arrested on a marijuana possession and DWI charge. Pane claimed she was hauled into the station, where police started to harass her. The next day, Pane claimed she met Ward in a wooded area in Connecticut where she performed a kinky sex act that she hoped would result in her drug charges being dropped.Ward says the charges are false and that he was only trying to cultivate her as a drug informant. Ward?s attorney claims Pane is trying to get out of trouble legally, and maybe even make a profit if she decides to pursue a lawsuit against the department.
