Chappaqua lawyer lashes out at reporter amid murder probe

(11/23/06) HAWTHORNE ? The disbarred Chappaqua lawyer questioned by police in a deadly roadside shooting lashed out at a reporter Wednesday when asked if he was responsible for his wife?s death.
After the altercation, in which Carlos Perez-Olivo may have hit the reporter, the lawyer was escorted to a car and sped off.
