Rockland, Orange residents take advantage of cooler temperatures

People in Rockland and Orange counties are heading outdoors to enjoy the absence of the stifling humidity. On Friday, residents returned to Memorial Park in Nyack to fish, while others sat on a bench enjoying the cooler temperatures. Many say they are relieved the sweltering heat is gone and say they are happy to spend the afternoon outside. Others like Chris, from Pearl River, say they actually miss the heat wave and enjoy the above-average temperatures.
