Garnerville girl attacked after her high school graduation
A violent scene outside of North Rockland High School placed a teen in the hospital Monday night.
Seventeen-year-old Tashana Chambers says she and her friends were walking from the graduation ceremony behind the school to get their diplomas. Tashana says she was spit on and jumped by four or five girls. She suffered bruises and a bloody nose. She says only two of the girls went to her high school and had picked on her all year.
Chambers? parents are upset that school security did nothing to prevent the attack. Chambers says she did nothing to provoke the fight.
