Temperature makes final round of U.S. Open a hot one

? The heat was on for the last round of the 106th U.S. Open in Mamaroneck Sunday, but Australia's Geoff Ogilvy was unshaken and walked off the green with the win.
Ogilvy shot a final-round two-over par 72 to win his first major. Crowd favorite Phil Mickelson double bogeyed the final hole to finish tied for second with Colin Montgomerie and Jim Furyk.
Fans say they were rooting for Mickelson, who was trying to win his third straight major.
