An accused animal hoarder is suing the Hudson Valley Humane Society.

Humane Society officials rescued about 70 animals, including dogs, geese, ducks, chickens and a swan, from Dohyun Lee's home in Garnerville in October 2016.

Lee is now suing the organization and wants her animals back.

Officials say the animals were living in a filthy house that had no power or heat. Authorities are expected to charge the 56-year-old Lee in the next few weeks.
Humane Society officials will be in Ramapo Court later this week.
