A Hartsdale man has been busted for growing and selling marijuana, according to authorities.

Police say Layton McTavish, 38, is accused of operating a marijuana grow house at his home on Ridge Road.

Police say they found over 17 plants, grow equipment and marijuana packages wrapped for sale. Over a pound of marijuana was recovered.

McTavish is charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
