<p>A man exposed himself to a woman on a footpath in Scarsdale, according to a published report. The Scarsdale Daily Voice is reporting that a woman was walking her dog along the path between Meadow and Bradford roads around 4 p.m. on April 24. when she saw a man, halfway down the path, touching himself. Police say the woman described the suspect as a white male in his teens or early 20s, wearing gray shorts, which were pulled down, a gray T-shirt and a fluorescent green baseball hat. ...</p>

Report: Man exposes himself to woman on footpath
A man exposed himself to a woman on a footpath in Scarsdale, according to a published report.
The Scarsdale Daily Voice is reporting that a woman was walking her dog along the path between Meadow and Bradford roads around 4 p.m. on April 24. when she saw a man, halfway down the path, touching himself.
Police say the woman described the suspect as a white male in his teens or early 20s, wearing gray shorts, which were pulled down, a gray T-shirt and a fluorescent green baseball hat. They say the woman quickly walked away, and when she reached the end of the path, she looked back and the man was still there, touching himself.
About an hour later from her home, the woman could see the same man, walking back onto the path. Police searched the area, but did not find him.
