Commuters in the Hudson Valley faced slick, slippery conditions on the roads Friday as nasty weather hit the region.
News 12’s Carolyn Rowe drove through torrential rain in Orange County, with drivers pulling over to the side of roads because they had no visibility through their windshields.
Though conditions calmed down, the National Weather Service issued small stream flood advisories for poor drainage areas in Orange, Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.
