Judge reinstates suspension of Pour House’s liquor license

A judge has reinstated the suspension of a Nyack bar’s liquor license.
The Pour House’s liquor license was previously suspended after officials say employees allegedly sold alcohol to minors.
The owner of the bar says the ruling will make it “tough” but he is sticking with his workers.
"I don't want to lose money but we have to stay in business," says Sean Spicer. "I have great employees. They're the best asset I have."
The State Liquor Authority has scheduled a hearing for July 19. That hearing will determine if the restaurant's liquor license will remain suspended, cancelled or revoked.
